We accept the following Windows/PC formats:
.indd, .ai, .eps, .psd, .jpg, .tif.
Any rasterized artwork should be submitted @ 600dpi.
Fonts should be supplied if artwork/images are not flattened and/or converted to curves. All submitted artwork is considered as final. If changes are requested or supplied artwork is not in the correct format, design work will be completed at a charge of $85 per hour. Customers will be made aware of additional charges before they occur.
Because of the nature of die sublimation printing and the card surface, we cannot guarantee exact color matching. We make every attempt to get as close as possible to the actual color given the media limitations but there is always some amount of color variance. If color accuracy is important, we recommend a color proof for $50.
